I. The company shall fill in the Exhibition Application Table, seal then fax for mail to the exhibition committee.
II. Within seven days after the application, the exhibitor shall transmit the 50% (or full) amount of the exhibition cost to the account designated by the committee, so as to book the booth.
III. The booth and advertisement shall be arranged by the committee according to the principle of “applies first, pays first, arranges first”, the assistance company has the right to be arranged in advance.
IV. The organizer has the right to adjust some booths if it is necessary for the overall layout of the exhibition. Due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, government activities, social unusual events, the organizer may postpone or cancel the exhibition.
