济南科亚电子科技有限公司成立于2003年7月29日，位于济南市天桥区梓东大道鑫茂齐鲁科技城66号楼。
自成立以来，公司一直从事各种电机、电机驱动系统、多功能智能机器人及其控制系统的研发、生产与销售。公司立足于技术研发型企业，坚持以创新驱动企业发展，成立三大事业部（机器人事业部、电机事业部、驱动器事业部）一个技术研发中心，共获得 40 多项发明专利、实用新型或外观专利。公司重视人才的引进与培养，现有员工77人，其中大专以上学历人员45人，博士1人，硕士1人，本科26人；公司重视与国内知名高校的技术合作，与南京航空航天大学、哈尔滨工业大学达成战略合作关系，成为其产学研基地，多名知名教授、博士生导师定期来我司进行技术指导；目前公司正在申请成为“济南市院士专家工作站”。
公司通过了ISO9001：2008质量管理体系认证、国际 CE 认证，以军工工艺为质量标准，坚持走具有科亚特色的科技发展道路；2016年-2017年，公司参加了第十一届、十二届“中国（山东）国际装备制造业展览会”并分别荣获金奖；2016年公司荣获“济南市智能机器人研发示范企业”称号，同年被评为“高新技术企业”；2017年，公司参加全国智能消防机器人大赛，并荣获第二名的好成绩。
近年来，随着国家对智能化装备和机器人产业的发展规划及号召，随着智能化技术的提升和发展，随着技术的革命及创新，结合本公司具有多年的伺服电机、伺服驱动及控制技术研发和生产的优势，发展机器人及相关产业的应用成为我公司的发展战略。公司先后联合南航、北航、哈工大等知名高校研发了“低压大功率伺服电机、直驱电机、驱动系统、自主导航系统”等围绕智能装备及机器人应用的核心部件及控制的产品，目前该系列产品已经在特种机器人、新能源车辆、轨道交通、智能物流、高精度机床、智能加工中心等领域得到验证和广泛应用，并获得较好的市场收益和推广，被国内外3000多家大中型设备生产厂家以及军工厂家指定为配套产品。
